I knew about it before I went to Cancun, but I actually had it down there on the Chichen Itza tour. I had to do it myself.
Fresh made Cochinita Pibil (or Puerco Pibil in our case) cooked in banana leaves, homemade refried beans, fresh made tortillas and a bed of white rice.

The funny part about this was we rode our bikes from our house to Walmart and the Mexican grocery for our ingredients instead of driving (you know that whole green thing, and that gas costs money), and let me tell you that was a baaad idea. 12+ miles on a bike sucks. Good thing that conchas and puercos save the day!
